If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures for requesting a refund, return, or exchange. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: You must submit a refund request within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
  • Product Condition: The children’s toy(s) must be in their original, unused condition—with no signs of wear, damage, or assembly (if applicable). All original packaging, tags, instructions, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, order number, or receipt.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery:
  • Customized or Personalized Toys: Toys that have been engraved, printed, or modified to your specific requests (e.g., toys with a child’s name).
  • Opened or Used Hygiene-Sensitive Toys: Items such as teething toys, plush toys that have been washed, or toys intended for infants (to ensure safety and hygiene standards).
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Scenarios & Procedures

3.1 Defective or Damaged Toys

If you receive a toy that is defective (e.g., broken parts, malfunctioning mechanisms) or damaged during shipping, follow these steps:
  1. Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service team at service@cgdlfl.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include your order number, photos/videos of the defective/damaged toy, and a detailed description of the issue.
  1. Return or Disposal: We will either:
    • Arrange for a free return shipping label (we cover all return costs) and send a replacement toy once we receive the defective item; or
    • Offer a full refund (including original shipping costs) without requiring you to return the item (for minor defects or to avoid inconvenience, especially for bulky toys).
  1. Refund Processing: Refunds for defective/damaged items will be processed within 3-5 business days of confirming the issue, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

3.2 Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase

If you wish to return a toy due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or accidental purchase (and the item meets eligibility criteria), follow these steps:
  1. Submit a Return Request: Email service@cgdlfl.com with your order number, the name of the toy, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 business hours with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions.
  1. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item). Pack the toy securely with the original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Send the item to our physical address:

  1. Inspect & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (to confirm it meets eligibility criteria), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will exclude the original return shipping costs you paid.

3.3 Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, or is confirmed lost by the courier:
  1. Check First: Verify with your local courier, neighbors, or building management to ensure the package was not misdelivered.
  1. Contact Us: If the package cannot be located within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at service@cgdlfl.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the courier (per our Shipping Policy).
  1. Resolution: If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer you either a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a free replacement—whichever you prefer.

4. Refund Methods & Timing

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods unless explicitly requested and verified.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. We will send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange a toy (e.g., for a different size, color, or model) instead of a refund:
  1. Submit an exchange request via email (service@cgdlfl.com) within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the details of the desired exchange.
  1. We will confirm if the desired item is in stock. If available, follow the return procedure (as outlined in Section 3.2) to send back the original toy.
  1. Once the original toy is received and inspected, we will ship the exchanged item to you for free (domestic orders only; international exchanges may incur additional shipping fees).

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped:
  1. Contact us immediately at service@cgdlfl.com with your order number. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched (typically within 1-3 business days of order placement, per our Order Processing terms).
  1. If cancellation is approved, a full refund (including any shipping costs paid) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it—you must follow the return and refund procedure outlined above.
