7. Shipping Address Changes

We can only update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please first check with your local courier, neighbors, or building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date—we will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
- Damaged Shipments: Inspect your package upon delivery. If toys are damaged or missing, take photos of the packaging and the damaged items, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged goods and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
